Overview
Rebuilt the Ordinals Launchpad from the ground up, scaling from 175K to 700K+ users and generating $1.5M+ in revenue. Built Valhalla — a pump.fun-style platform for Bitcoin Runes memecoin launches with an AMM bonding curve. Shipped OdinSwap, achieving $500K+ TVL and $1.5M+ in swap volume. Orchestrated the $ZAAR token generation event with 100K+ participants.

Founder — Aira
- Built a fully on-device AI system (LLM + RAG + speech pipeline) with zero cloud dependency, running on Apple Neural Engine
- Designed end-to-end pipeline: recording → transcription → speaker diarization → structured summaries → action extraction
- Built a RAG-based knowledge system with hybrid vector + keyword search across notes and meetings
- Implemented map-reduce pipeline for long-context summarization to work around LLM context window limits
Senior PM — Xverse
- Shipped a cross-chain notification system from 0→1: targeting requirements, deep link routing, and notification grouping. Gave the growth team a self-serve channel for engagement campaigns
- Owned product direction across a multi-chain ecosystem (BTC, Stacks, Starknet, Spark), balancing user trust with business growth across swaps, trading, and DeFi
- Led Spark L2 integration end-to-end — account creation, portfolio, and trading. Xverse became the primary wallet in the Spark ecosystem
- Drove development of Satsdaq, a trading platform covering bonding curves, ranking systems, and swap routing
- Defined Lightning payments strategy including invoice flows, Lightning addresses, and token-to-Lightning atomic swaps

- Rebuilt the Ordinals Launchpad. Redesigned the UX and mint flow, grew the user base from ~175K to 700K+, and hit $1.5M+ in revenue
- Built Valhalla, a pump.fun-style platform for Bitcoin Runes memecoin launches using an AMM bonding curve

Started as an iOS engineer in Singapore. Moved into frontend leadership, then product management, then co-founded two companies. Every role was about taking something from zero to one and shipping it.
